Do you sell from stock?
Yes. We supply in-stock components. Send your part numbers and quantities and we will confirm current availability with your quotation.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order anything from a single piece to production volumes.
How do I request a quote?
Use the Request a Quote page to enter part numbers and quantities, or upload your BOM. You can also email your list to us.
What should my BOM include?
At minimum, the part number and quantity for each line. Manufacturer, package, target delivery date and target price help us review faster.
Which file formats can I upload?
Excel, CSV and PDF files, or a clear photo of your part list, up to 5 MB.
Can I ask about a part that is not in your catalog?
Yes. Send the part number and quantity even if it is not listed online, and our team will check.
Can I specify packaging or date code?
Yes. Add your packaging, date code or documentation requirements to the notes, and we will confirm what can be provided with the quotation.
How can I pay?
You can pay online using the methods shown below, or pay offline by arrangement with our team. The payment option for your order is confirmed with your quotation.
How do you ship, and what is the lead time?
Shipping method and delivery time depend on where you are located. Tell us your destination when you request a quote, and we will confirm the carrier and lead time for your order.
